Made with our 100% grass-fed, organic whole milk, we add live and active cultures to our drinkable yogurt. Grass-fed milk has a healthier balance of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acids, higher levels of CLA, lower levels of saturated fats and is richer in antioxidants.
