Honey from hives on Cedar Summit's clover pastures. Jim lives just South of New Prague and has some of his hives on our pastures.

Prairie Pride
Dawn's own award winning Bar-B-Que sauce and meat rubs. Dawn lives just outside of Mankato, MN.

Golden Fig
Be a gourmet cook with the help of Lauri's sugars, spices and flavored vinegars. Laura lives in Prior Lake, MN.

Velasquez Coffee
Caffeinated and decaffeinate plus flavored. The Velasquez family grows this coffee on their farm in Honduras. Guerrillmo, their son, receives the raw bean and has them roasted at a European Roasterries South of New Prauge, MN.

Bob's Blue-Bird Orchard
Butters, jellie-butters and jellies that Bob makes at his orchard North of New Prague, MN.

Whitewater Orchard Pies
A family run orchard at St. Charles, MN that makes their own pies. Just like Grandma's!

Lorence's Berry Farm
Strawberry and Rasberry jams, jellies, and syrups from our neighbors near Northfield, MN.

Pastureland Cheese and Pastureland Butter
Choose from our assortment of Cheddar, Gouda, Baby Swiss, Summer Garden (tomato-basil), Herb Garden (parsley-chive), Caraway Gouda, and Chipotle Gouda (salted and unsalted butter).

Milk and Cream
Choose from our Skim, 1%, 2%, Whole, and Chocolate Milk in glass bottles and cartons.
Our cream comes in pints and 1/2 gallon.

Packaged Meats
Pre-packaged meats are available at the Creamery Store. Select from out assortment of Beef Patties, Ground Beef, Sausage Links, Weiners, Ground Pork, Pork Tenderloin, Ham Steak, Italian Sausage, Chicken Drums, Chicken Breasts and Whole Chicken to name a few of what we have to offer. Stop in to see!
